I need a good website designer that does not do internet marketing!

I am currently looking for a very professional website designer who is well rounded in CSS but doesnt do any internet marketing for clients. I offer a full range of internet marketing services for people with websites that just don't get as much traffic as they deserve. The thing is, so many prospectives I see, make plenty of money, but don't have a website. You and I both know they need one. I'm not gonna lie, I am a pretty good website designer, but I need help from a pro. Someone whom I can refer to and receive referrals from. We could possibly outsource to each other as a full service website design, and internet marketing promotional package.
